Japanese Maple Leaves

Notes:: Taken December 14, 2021, 4:40pm in Petaluma, CA. Leaves from our Japanese maple had fallen into our backyard fountain. I left them as they lay. It was as if they had chosen the spot in which they were destined to be, before later sinking to the bottom. I edited this shot to bring out the natural yellow and red hues.

Raindrops on Sunroof

Description: Taken March 9, 2021, 11:10am in Santa Rosa, CA. While waiting for my wife, who was getting her first Covid-19 shot, I pulled back the inside panel of the sunroof, and found these raindrops from a shower. Look at the drops: you can see the sky beyond reflected in some of them.

Pepper Array

Description: Taken December 9, 2017, 3:38pm in Petaluma, CA. While shopping at a local supermarket, I knew I had to have this shot. There is a story here about the time, effort and creativity of the produce clerk exhibited. Brilliant. Dare you take a pepper from this display?
